Corporate Partnership Program

Airship Ventures’ Corporate Partnership Program is designed to enable you to provide your employees with a discounted opportunity to enjoy the unique “flight seeing” experience offered by Airship Ventures, Inc.

Invented by Ferdinand Graf von Zeppelin in the 1890’s, Zeppelins were the first aircraft to fly around the world and were considered the pinnacle of luxury air travel at the time. Following in their footsteps, the Zeppelin NT “Eureka” incorporates modern aviation technologies and gives awe inspiring and “never done that before” passenger experiences flying over Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Santa Cruz, Monterey and Big Sur.

Membership Requirements:

• Employee base of 500 or more, located in any or all of the San Francisco Bay Area, Monterey and the Los Angeles Basin.
• Targeted Goal of 5% employee participation

Benefits:

• Corporate charters will receive a 15% discount off our group charter regular fares.
• Employees will receive a 25% discount on individual tickets at our regular fares (up to a maximum of four tickets) and may bring up to three (3) family members or friends at the same rate. An eligible employee must accompany each family member or friend. (All employees must show their employee badge, business card or identification upon arrival to our facilities identifying their affiliation with your company, as well as their government issued photo ID).
• Inclusion in our Charter Loyalty Program (for charter organizers). For more information, go here.

Discounts do not apply to 30-minute or 90-minute flight offerings as these are already discounted fares.

All Charters Include:

• Snacks, non alcoholic beverages onboard, complimentary flight certificates and champagne toast.
• Custom route selection (subject to weather and FAA restrictions and pilot approval).
• Each passenger gets a discount coupon good towards any full fare future flight.
• Catering is included for all Charters of one hour or longer (pre or post flight) depending on time of day and preference of group.
  • Morning - breakfast with coffee/tea/juice or boxed breakfast pre or post-flight
  • Afternoon - cold lunch with non alcoholic beverages or boxed pre or post-flight
  • Evening or Sunset - wine/cheese/crudités/light finger food or similar boxed pre or post-flight. White wine or champagne onboard by arrangement.
• All flights under one-hour in duration will receive snacks and nibbles pre or post-flight.

Your Commitment to Us:

• Airship Ventures will have the opportunity to submit information notifying your employees about new developments and specials and promotional flights for publication in your employee/company newsletter and on any relevant company intranet pages.
• Airship Ventures personnel will have the opportunity to brief your HR Manager, Activities Director or Concierge Desk about Group and Event planning and Incentive Programs featuring the airship.
